Intelligence isn’t measured by degrees or test scores.

      It’s measured by outcomes.

I used to think the smartest people were the ones with big offices and impressive titles.

      Then I noticed something odd:

      Many of them were miserable.

      Working 70-hour weeks.
      Missing their kids’ games.
      Building someone else’s dream.

Meanwhile, I kept meeting these “underdogs” who had figured something out.

      No fancy degrees.
      No venture funding.
      No permission from anyone.

Yet they were making $30K, $50K, even $100K per month.

      Working 4 or 5-hour days.
      Actually present for their families.

What did they know that the “smart” people didn’t?

They understood that in the digital age, you don’t climb ladders anymore.

      You build your own.

      They weren’t chasing jobs.
      They were creating audiences.

      They weren’t perfecting resumes.
      They were perfecting systems.

      They weren’t waiting for opportunities.
      They were manufacturing them.

      Every post.
      Every connection.
      Every value-add.

It all compounded into leverage that nobody could take away.
