To get comfortable with taking risks, try this:
Build your risk-taking muscle by trying something risky every day.
Different levels of risk.Write that cold email.
Smile at that stranger.
Sing or dance in public.
Ask for money from random people.
Volunteer for that project.
Sign up for that public speaking session.You cannot prevent failure, but you can get comfortable with it.
It’s scary because it’s new.
