Two people. One number. Two truths.

One says it’s a six.
The other says it’s a nine.
Both are right. Both are wrong. Both are human.

We cling to our angle as the only truth, forgetting that someone else might be looking from the opposite side.

The best leaders I’ve met don’t waste energy proving they’re right.
They lean in, step around the table, and ask:

“What does it look like from where you stand?”

That one question can truly transform arguments into alignment. Because perspective isn’t about giving up your truth. It’s about seeing the bigger picture that includes theirs.

In business and in life, you can win more by being curious than by being correct.
