Terri Drover is the Director-General of the Health Products Stewardship Association (HPSA), a national Canadian non-profit that operates take-back programs for medications and sharps. She brings over 30 years of executive experience in the pharmaceutical industry with leadership roles across North America. At HPSA, Terri leads the team to protect Canadians’ health and the environment by ensuring safe disposal of medications and sharps. She is passionate about translating vision into action and is deeply committed to healthcare and environmental stewardship. During the pandemic, Terri led efforts to maintain access to these critical programs while adapting to remote work, strengthening HPSA’s resilience. She also holds various board and volunteer positions supporting healthcare and community initiatives.
