      I thought the Law of Attraction was garbage.

      Then something strange happened:

      For 10 minutes every morning,
      I started writing about things I wanted
      (even though they hadn’t happened yet).

      I was £7,000 in debt at the time.

      But I wrote,
      “I am grateful for all of my money”.

      Over and over.

      Within 7 days,
      I’d paid off all my debt.

      Most people think the Law of Attraction is magic.

      It’s not.
      It’s how your brain works.

      Your brain takes in
      1 billion bits of information per second.

      Way too much to process.

      So it filters that down
      to just 10 bits.

      How does it decide what to keep?
      From what you’ve focused on before.

      So if you change your focus,
      You change your results.

      3 easy ways you can do this today:

      1/ For 5 minutes, write down what you want.
      Use the present tense eg. “I am CEO”.
      This primes your brain to spot opportunities.

      2/ Make a gratitude list
      List 3 things you’re grateful for.
      This shifts your brain to notice more positives.

      3/ Improve your self-talk
      Repeat brief statements about what you want.
      eg. “I am confident and successful”.
      This rewires your brain.

      And yes, you still have to take action.
